Indications & Usage
For the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina pectoris (chest pain). May also be used for certain cardiac arrhythmias.
Warnings & Precautions
Avoid abrupt discontinuation. Monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly. May cause peripheral edema.
Side Effects
May include ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, flushing, and palpitations.
Drug Interactions
May interact with beta-blockers, digoxin, and CYP3A4 inhibitors. Grapefruit juice may increase drug levels.
